- 1/4 c Vegetable Oil
- 1 Eggs, Beaten
- 1/2 c Milk
- 1 1/2 c Flour
- 3/4 c Sugar
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Topping
- 1/2 c Brown Sugar
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter, melted
- 1 c Walnuts, chopped
Combine oil, egg, and milk. Mix dry ingredients and then add to milk mixture. Mix well. Pour into a greased 9x9 pan.
Combine topping ingredients and spread atop cake batter. Add seasonally colored sugars or sprinkles as desired.
Bake at 375F for 25 minutes.
