Ingredients
- 1 pkg Corn Muffin Mix
- 1/2 c Unsalted Butter, melted
- 1 can Corn, drained
- 1 can Creamed Corn
- 1 c Sour Cream
- 2 Eggs, lightly beaten
Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease an 8x8 casserole dish.
Mix the corn, creamed corn, and butter. Stir in the sour cream and the eggs. Blend in the muffin mix thoroughly.
Bake for 45 to 60 minutes or until the center is firm.

Notes
Original bake time is 35 to 40 minutes, but that left the center still very loose and liquid. The original recipe only says a 1.5 quart dish, so maybe it was a wider and shallower dish than the one we used.
