Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 2/3 c Rice
- 3 Green Onions
- 1 Eggs
- 2 slices Bacon
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
In large skillet, fry pieces of bacon until crisp, drain, set aside. Beat eggs in cup and scramble in pan (keep them soft). Set aside and cut into small pieces. Heat oil in pan and add 1 cup cooked rice. Toss rice to coat and add some soy sauce. Continue to coat.
When hot, add a pinch of pepper, more soy sauce if needed, and diced green onions.
